SDM Surankote held review Meeting regarding covid-19 tests in town Surankote

SURANKOTE :-On the Direction of District Development Commissioner Poonch , Rahul Yadav (IAS) ,a meeting was held under the chairmanship of Sub Divisional Magistrate Surankote Saleem Ahmed Qurashi. During the meeting it was decided that the sampling for covid -19 is mandatory for all the shopkeepers and residents of surankote municipality area including out siders who are reaching here from outside district and Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir . No shopkeeper shall be allowed to open shop in the town without health card .
In this meeting Tehsildar Surrankote Sheraz Ahmed chauhan,(KAS) , DYSP Surankote Khaliq Choudhary, Naib tehsildar surankote Taruf Hussain shah, President Surankote Municipality Mumtaz Chowdhary, Beophar mandal president surankote Tariq Manhas, were also present in this meeting. After the end of meeting all the officers visited various areas of the town in order in order to check the ground situation. Strict warning was given to the defaulters and some shops which were open in the interior were locked goods seized by the team of Municipality Surrankote. SDM Surrankote and Tehsildar Surrankote appealed to the general public and Shop keepers in particular to get them tested and take health cards as per SOP so that they are able to open their shops after end of red zone in the town. Thereafter, the entire team of officers comprising of SDM Surankote, Tehsildar Surankote and SDPO Surankote laid a Nakka at Potha bypass to check the movement of vehicles .
