JKRETTF Provincial president Rajesh Thakur strongly condemned6 discriminatory and irrational IMPACT Training Programme for TG2 nTG3

Jammu September 09: –Jammu and Kashmir Rehabar-e-Taleem Teachers Fourm ( JKRETTF) strongly condemned the discriminatory and irrational one month IMPACT Training Programme which is organised to harass a particular section of Teachers grade-II and III.
According to a press release issued here the Provincial President of JKRETTF Jammu Rajesh Thakur said that it is discriminatory approach of the Department of School Education to harass a particular section of teachers. He said that all grade II teachers are B. Ed and many having M.ed degrees despite of that they were forced and counted as untrained teachers. He said and questioned that if this training were so important then why other teachers were not included in this IMPACT training. He more said It is the wastage of Government’s Human and Economic Resources if trained Teacher grade-II/III included in this programme and is irrational to exclude untrained teachers of others nomenclature ( General Line Teachers, 3rd Teachers , RReT ,etc.This one month IMPACT Training programme for teacher grade -II/III include 21 days field work and concerning authorities pressurize to take Community Classes at their permanent address It is not possible for all teachers in COVID -19 pendamic as some of them are dislocating from their permanent resident and there are many married female teachers who are shifted to other places.
He appealed to honourable Lieutenant Governor J&K UT, Principal Secretary Department of School Education & Director SAMGRA Siksha for their personal intervention in this matter.
