  • “Rules are for Fools”, BJP leader return from Jammu not quarantine, Attended various functions across Kishtwar district.

“Rules are for Fools”, BJP leader return from Jammu not quarantine, Attended various functions across Kishtwar district.

Jammu April 21:-It may sound strange but its bitter truth and unfortunate that in Kishtwar, “Rules are for Fools”, suits the best example for kishtwar authorities who are making photoshoots and in papers in dealing with the COVID 19 crises.
Despite throwing norms out of window and becoming supreme on voiceless masses and middle class persons, District administration Kishtwar failed to put BJP leader “Tariq Hussain Keen” under Quarantine following his return from Jammu after spending monthes togather in Jammu and yet it is imagined that He may be having travel history abroad as his son is pursuing education outside India. Beside this He had breaks all norms and coming out of Red Zone area from Jammu that shows the real face of Police and Civil Administration.
Not only this, Tariq Hussain Keen making publicity stunts distributed some food kits among few families, distributed some Certificates among several employees and also attended some marriage functions and condolences with various families without any mode of social distancing, beside not having a single checkup/ test regarding COVID 19 after entering in Kishtwar juridiction.
A grave question arises upon Police and Civil Administration that who gave him permission to leave the “Red Zone” area of Jammu during this epidemic when more than 50 people have turned positive for COVID 19 in Jammu province alone with the majority of cases in district.
If other returnees from Jammu are asked to get quarantined and some are under quarantine, having travel history across Jammu and Kashmir, than Why District Administration failed to put Tariq Hussain Keen under quarantine and observation as He is returning from Red Zone area of Jammu. Will the Kishtwar district Administration takes the matter seriously or not and becoming the saviour of common masses it is yet to be mentioned ?.
