Open Letter to LG Jammu and Kashmir UT

Subject :- Release the Water Tanker payment pending in PHE Division Rajouri from a year.

Respected Sir

With due respect In last year on April 2019 PHE division Rajouri had hire some private water Tankers during the water crises period and then Xen Mr Koul at present posted at irrigation division Jammu and the JE HQ Ch Hameed present posted at irrigation division Rajouri.
Unfortunately one water tanker bearing Regd number JK11B 9736 was mine
They used the tanker for five months from April 30 to September 2019 as per commitment as negotiate able rates as 900 hundred per day excluding driver.

Today one year 5 months were gone my payment is still pending ..
After the transfer of then Xen Mr Koul I was suffered very more And wondering from pillar to post for the payment but nothing to receive a single penny due to the negligence of then Je Ch Hameed because he was not issue official order/,job card oor approval from then Xen PHE Rajouri.
Sir I hd submited all formalities which he required by Je of as registration certificate and insurance of the water tanker except one that 20% of payment(bribe) wich he Je demanding for the release of payment.
It is requested to your good self kindly release the payment on priority bases..
