Protest and shutdown observed in different parts of Chenab region .

DODA ,AUGUST 17 (CNS):- :- Complete shutdown against derogatory video was observed in entire Chenab valley on the call of religious organizations. Some areas witnessed massive protest demanding strict action against culprits.

As per report Banihal , Bhaderwah, Kahara, Bathri and Batyas-Malikpura ( Gandoh) has witnessed massive protest demonstrations against the blasphemous remark.

Kishtwar witnessed complete Shutdown as both the communities have closed their shops and transport is off the roads.

As per eyewitness hundreds of people on Monday staged a protest demonstration in Bhaderwah valley in Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir to demand action against a self-styled guru and others responsible for posting a derogatory video.

On the call of Anjuman Islamia all shops and other business establishments of Muslim community remained closed in Bhaderwah town and adjoining areas . Traffic movement remained affected for hours..
