World tourism day celebrated in Mughal Dab Jallian of tehsil Mandi. BDC Chairperson Shamim Ganai was the chief guest on the occasion.

Mandi,/Poonch September 27 :–World tourism day celebrated in mughal dab Jallian of tehsil mandi with great enthusiasm under following SOPs Guidelines.

Programme was organised by CEO tourism who are also programme officer, ICDS department,Tehsil social welfare officer,lead Manager JK Bank Awc supervisor’s,m Cum worker’s along with Sarpanches and prominent citizens were present on the occasion.

While speaking on the occasion, BDC Chairperson Shamim Ganai congratulated and appreciated the efforts of tourism Department for organising such a good tourism programme on the occasion of World Tourism Day. He said the Tourism has become the continuously growing economic sector worldwide because of the occurrence of various attractive and new destinations for the tourists. Moreover he said that Tourism industry has huge potential for employment generation and economic development.

CEO Tourism on the occasion highlighted the various activities of the Tourism department .He said that Tourism Industry has become the major contributor of employment and has been emerged as an important economic activity across the globe.
