RAJOURI APRIL 09:–On behalf of White Knight Corps, Commander Nowshera Brigade in a simple function held at Nowshera felicitated Bhavna Kesar who on April 5 become the first woman to clear the J&K Civil Services (Judicial) examination from Rajouri district.
Parents of Bhavan Kesar were also felicitated on this occasion. Being a daughter of a tailor, Bhavan Kesar with her hard work broke all societal barriers to achieve this remarkable feat and bring pride to the community.
“Bhavna Kesar made Nowshera people and state of J & K proud by becoming the first woman to clear the examination. She is a gleaming example of grit, determination and perseverance for the young girls, and future of Nowshera,” said Army.
Bhavna Kesar is a daughter of Naresh Kesar, a hardworking tailor, and a doting home maker mother who are not able to contain their happiness and are the support system of their daughter’s success.
After completing her schooling at Nowshera, Bhavna Kesar got Bachelor of Arts in Law & Master of Law degree from Punjab University (Chandigarh) and while working as a Reader at J&K High Court, she took the examination to become a Judge.
“My parents worked hard to support my studies & I am delighted that my dream to clear the Civil Services (Judicial) examination has come true,” she said on clearing the examination.
In a message to all the girls Bhavna Kesar said to pursue their education and never give up their dreams despite whatever the situation is.
