Teachers Day Celebrated at BHSS Handwara.

Handwara :–Taking forward the legacy and ethos of the historical institution the principal Mr Rafiq Ahmed Mir along with his staff and students celebrated the teachers day 2021. The occasion was graced by Principal BHSS Batpora, Z.E.O Handwara , Renouned writer and composer Mr Gulzar Jaffer sb, retd. Scholar Mr Bashir Ahmed Quraishi sb and other esteemed dignitaries. In this attractive programme role of an ideal and inspirational teachers was discussed. BHSS HANDWARA estb in the year 1905 has its prestigious and glorious history of creating intellectuals and contributed in the vast educational development of the tehsil and it’s vicinity. The historical school TARANA was also released on the occasion which covers most part of achievements of the institution and scenic beauty of the surroundings.
The limelight of the program was the BEST TEACHER AWARD of the year which was awarded to Mr Raja Shabir Ahmad for his outstanding and unparalleled performance in bringing a new life and innovation in the remote academics and managing the school affairs brilliantly along with the dedicated team of colleagues during the pandamic.
On this occasion Raja Shabir (who is also STATE RESOURCE PERSON J&K UT) Said that being recognised and appreciated by your own colleagues is really a milestone and it will definitely boost the morale of a teacher to work more improved and harder.
