RAJOURI, JULY 31:-Senior social activist Mohammad Farooq Inqlabi has expressed heartfelt appreciation to the District Administration Rajouri and the Health Department for successfully organizing a special medical camp at Kewal Lower, Budhal, which provided much-needed healthcare services to the people of the remote area.
In a statement issued here, Farooq Inqlabi said that the camp was organized under the directions of the Deputy Commissioner, Rajouri, as part of the TB Mukt Bharat initiative, with the active participation of the National Mobile Medical Unit and the medical team from PHC Budhal.
He said that a large number of patients, including elderly persons, women and children, benefited from the camp. Free medical consultations, X-ray facilities, laboratory investigations, screening for various diseases, and distribution of free medicines were provided, bringing quality healthcare services to the doorsteps of the people.
Farooq Inqlabi appreciated the dedicated efforts of the Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, the Chief Medical Officer, Rajouri, the Block Medical Officer Budhal, the doctors, paramedical staff, National Mobile Medical Unit team, ASHA workers, Malaria staff, and all other officials who worked tirelessly to ensure the success of the camp.
He said that such outreach health camps are of immense importance for far-flung and hilly areas where access to specialized healthcare remains limited. He urged the administration and the Health Department to continue organizing similar camps regularly so that people living in remote villages receive timely medical care and diagnostic facilities.
Farooq Inqlabi also thanked all the residents of Kewal Lower for their enthusiastic participation and cooperation, which contributed significantly to the smooth and successful conduct of the camp.
