SP Handwara held a meeting with retired police officers at DPL Handwara

Handwara August 02:–In order to aware the welfare measures and to redress the grievances, a meeting with retired officers was held by SP Handwara Shri Sandeep Gupta-IPS , at DPL Handwara in which around 70 retired Police officers/officials have participated.
The participants were welcomed by SP Handwara and thanked them for sparing their valuable time to attend the meeting. He assured them that police is always at their disposal and asked them not to feel isolated. Further assured them that they are still part of Police organization and they can approach any Police officer or police unit at any time whenever they are in need.
It was also made clear in the meeting that retirees are always welcome for their valuable suggestions and there is great respect for them in the Police organization as they have rendered a long service and toiled hard to earn a name for the organization. Various measures are taken by the Police department
