RAJOURI JUNE 17:-In a major crackdown against drug trafficking Rajouri Police has attached movable property worth approx 5 lakh belonging to a notorious accused involved in NDPS cases from whom a commercial quantity of narcotic substance had been seized. The attached property belongs to Mohd Manir S/o Abdul Rashid R/o Dhandote Tehsil Budhal District Rajouri* and includes One Maruti S-Presso car valued at approx 5 lakh.
The attachment was carried out under the provisions of Section 68-F of the NDPS Act by Police Station Rajouri after completing all due legal formalities.
This action reflects the firm resolve of Rajouri Police to combat the menace of drug trafficking by not only arresting offenders but also identifying targeting and dismantling the illegally acquired assets and financial networks of those engaged in the narcotics trade.
Rajouri Police reiterates its commitment to taking stringent legal action against drug peddlers and urges the public to continue supporting the fight against narcotics for a safer and drug-free society.
