Rajouri Congress Party delegation met Delimitation Commission

Jammu July 08 :-‘Rajouri Congress Party met Delimitation Commission at Jammu and Submitted the memorandum .The delimitation Commission headed by Chairman Former Supreme Court Judge Ranjna Desai . The five members delegation of Congress Party including Shabir Khan Vice Chairman DDC Rajouri district President, Masood Chowdhary Advocate Party incharge Darhal Constituency Sain Abdul Rashid Member DDC Abdul Qayoom Mir Member DDC and Rajesh Bittu Chief whip Muncipal Council Rajouri.

The delegation Stressed for restoration of statehood to Jammu and kashmir before conducting any exercise for delimitation and election.Urged the delimitation commission for creation of two more assembly Constituencies in District Rajouri without disturbing the natural demography and also creation of separate Parliamentary constituency for twin border district Rajouri-Poonch.
