R.K Wine shop sealed by excise department for illegitimate distribution of liquor at Poonch

We the residents of Rajouri-Poonch, wants to draw your kind attention regarding the open black marketing and over charging by below wine shops and bars in our range with the involvement of excise department Rajouri and deployed excise staff in the said area such Jawaharnagar-Rajouri, Poonch, and teryat etc. There we request your good self that, kindly conduct an audit/verification of the record and stocks lying in the said shops and bars under your rules and regulations because due to this our whole range, sub-range I. e. Rajouri-Poonch under the high hazards of these black marketing and overcharges through their vend at Teryat. In this connection, kindly deput a special excise team from Jammu for the strict audit/verification of below mention bars and wine shops in our range without the involvement if excise department Rajouri and deployed staffs in area because whole such scandal of liquor wine and bars in the range with the full involvement of the concern deployed staffs and this Rajouri excise department, therefore there is need of a special team from out side the Rajouri-Poonch excise department and conduct audit/verification w. e. f ist day of lockdown to till date all rules and regulations of excise department.

we want to bring it in concern Rk wine shop under registration no.300 had been temporary sealed by the excise department Due to the scam in the maintenance of the accountabality of the stock. The shop was having more liquor as it has been displayed in the records which is supposed to be latter submit to the govt due the self centered behaviour of the owner.we also want to bring you to concern about the early abolishion of the article 370 and 35 A . And during those sensitive and curfew like situation the sale of the liquor from same shop was constant without any barrier from adminstration. The stock was distributed from his own residence in teh: haveli , district : Poonch in which his younger brother was also involved. The moh: locality was like a big bar at that current time and same situation and big bar was also created in this lockdown by the same wine shop owner but this time juvenile was also included 2 days ago the juvenile from same locality , A boy of age 17 years was imprisoned by the police accused to distribute liquor with the actual support of the same Owner. And many a times same owner was caught illegally distributing the liquor to the teh: mendhar and surankot where the sale of liquor is strictly prohibitted.
The distribution of liquor at double rate in these days is common in our locality. The same wine shop was firstly started in ward no:1 Qazi morha but due to the illegitimate behaviour of the owner the locals protested and the shop was forcibly temporary cease by the excise because the owner was acquitted to distribute the liquor to the juvinile and made them addicted to bring them to vandalized form.

And then , the same wine shop was transferred to the bustand nearby Dashnami Akhara Poonch approximately not more than 30 mtrs away from temple. As the location of the shop is too illegal.

But this time, excise itself clearly proved the crime done by the owner of shop and we really appreciate the hardwork of the excise department with Inspector and other office barriers. Thanks, hopes for your n/a and strict and serious consideration.
