Professor Aneesa Shafi Appointed as DCDC at University of Kashmir

SRINAGAR MARCH 04:-The University of Kashmir has appointed Professor Aneesa Shafi from the Department of Sociology as the Dean, College Development Council (DCDC) for a period of three years.

Professor Shafi, a senior faculty member known for her academic contributions in the field of Sociology, will be responsible for overseeing the development and coordination of affiliated colleges under the university’s jurisdiction. As DCDC, she will play a key role in strengthening academic standards, infrastructure development, and overall coordination between the university and its constituent and affiliated colleges.

Her appointment is being viewed as a significant step toward enhancing institutional growth and academic excellence across colleges affiliated with the University of Kashmir.
