Kupwara January 01 :-Prime Minister of India Today on 01/ 01/ 22 Addressed farmers through virtual mode on Release of 10th installment under PM- Kissan and Release of equity grant to FPOs.
On this occasion Scientists, Non teaching staff from KVK, Kupwara and more than 70 progressive Farmers from different villages of District Kupwara participated in this on line event.
After the conclusion of the online event , farmer scientist- interaction was also held at KVK campus ,in which farmers were apprised with latest technologies of SKUAST Kashmir and different skill development trainings viz – a- viz Beekeeping, Establishment of Vermicompost units, production of bio inputs, Mushroom cultivation, Establishment of root stock nursery, training and pruning, Milk and Milk products etc ,through which unemployed youth will b engaged to earn their livelihood and more importantly they Will become job providers not seekers.
