Rajouri August 20 :–Today president Municipal Council Rajouri Mohammad Arif, Vice President Bharat Bushan Vaid visit New Busstand salani Rajouri along with EO Municipal Council Rajouri, AEE PWD Qasim Choudhary,JE PWD Shamim Choudhary Contractor Zahid Qureshi and others staff members for the inspection of ongoing works of New Busstand Rajouri. Both the Busstand of Rajouri town are undeveloped for a long time and the transporters , General Public travellers, and Shopkeepers are sufferings day to day. During the visit Municipal Council Rajouri highlight this long Pending demand of General Public on top Priority infront of Principle Secretary Finance Naveen Kumar Choudhary during his tour program of Rajouri, where he was sanctioned several other Developmental projects of Rajouri District .

During his tour in Rajouri Naveen Kumar Choudhary sanctioned this project of 3.97 crore in languishing scheme of JandK UT but this project due to non approval faced some objections ,due to such the work of black topping is Pending for a long time . Work of both the Busstands of Rajouri town are tendered and alloted to contractors and alloted contractors start the work of both Busstands, due to some technical reason the project is not sanctioned.In this regard contractors stopped the said work of both Busstands.

In this connection President Municipal Council Rajouri met with several authorities for the Development of both the Busstands of Rajouri town . MC Rajouri had also present a represantations to Principal Secretary PWD , Principal Secretary Finance, Director Finance PWD for the Development of both the Busstand of Rajouri town. Finally this project got approval under city town plan/scheme in last year and the work of black topping is starting at New Busstand Salani and main bazar Busstand Rajouri..
