NATF Concludes 3-Day National Integration Programme in Rajouri–Poonch with Grand Tiranga Rallies

National Chairman Vishal Chopra Leads Patriotic Campaign, Calls for Unity Against Terrorism and Narco-Terror Networks

RAJOURI/POONCH, March 9: The three-day National Integration Programme organised by the National Anti-Terrorism Front (NATF) concluded successfully in the border districts of Rajouri and Poonch on Sunday, with vibrant Tiranga Rallies, public interactions and patriotic gatherings witnessing enthusiastic participation from people across the region.
The rallies were flagged off by NATF National Chairman Vishal Chopra, who raised the slogan “Hindu, Muslim, Sikh, Isai – Aapas Mein Hain Bhai Bhai,” emphasising that the initiative aimed to strengthen national unity, communal harmony and brotherhood among all communities while spreading awareness against terrorism, narco-terrorism and corruption-driven terrorism.
Large numbers of citizens, youth and social activists joined the rallies carrying the national tricolour and raising patriotic slogans highlighting unity, nationalism and the collective resolve of the people to stand firmly with the nation against all forms of terrorism.
During the programme, special reference was made to the border villages of the Pir Panjal region, particularly Mandi, Loran, Bufliaz, Manjakote, Surankote, Mendhar, Nowshera and Sunderbani, whose residents have historically demonstrated unwavering patriotism and courage.
Speakers noted that the people of Loran have consistently stood with the nation and have made immense sacrifices for the country, often bearing the brunt of cross-border tensions and terrorism with remarkable resilience and bravery. Their spirit of nationalism and dedication to the country was widely appreciated during the event.
Prominent NATF members who participated in the programme included Virander Mahajan, Anshuman Chopra, Abhishek Kapoor, Bimal Sabharwal, Harish Raina, Dr Sonia Verma, Baldeep Kour, Avleen Kour, Simarjot Singh, Er. Arshad Nawaz Khan, Parmajit Singh, Gurucharan Singh, Randhir Singh, Balbir Singh, Farooq Ahmed Khan, Ali Mohammad Mir, Abdul Ahad Bhat (Senior Citizen Mandi), Farooq Ahmed Bhatt and Vinay Kumar Sharma, along with several other social activists and volunteers.
Addressing the gatherings, NATF leaders stressed that national integration remains the strongest weapon against divisive forces and terrorism, and urged the youth of border districts to play a proactive role in strengthening peace, unity and national security.
On the occasion, NATF also announced the formation of district, tehsil and block-level teams in Rajouri and Poonch, aimed at expanding the organisation’s grassroots presence and mobilising citizens in the fight against terrorism and anti-national activities.
The three-day programme concluded with participants taking a renewed pledge to uphold the spirit of national unity and safeguard the integrity and sovereignty of the country.
