Mega Block Diwas held at Deedarpora Qaziabad

Handwara, December 01:–As part of the Government’s ambitious Jan Abhiyan programme, the Block Diwas or Youm-e-Block was today observed at block Qaziabad of district Kupwara

On the occasion, officers and officials from line departments listened to the issues, grievances and demands of the general public at all the three venues for their timely redressal.

Meanwhile, to take first hand appraisal of public grievances and demands, Additional Deputy Commissioner Handwara Nazir Ahmad Tehsildar Qaziabad Syed Shahid , BDC Qaziabad Bashir Ahmad , along BDO Qaziabad Jahangeer Ahamd remained available at Deedarpora Qaziabad where he listened to grievances, issues for redressal.

People from Deedarpora, budrah Payeen, Reshipora, Thokerpora,LarGanapora ,Renan,Budra Bala ,Rawalpora and other areas apprised the Additional Deputy Commissioner about various issues and put forth their demand for redressal.

During the proceedings, a large number of deputations, individuals from different areas flagged off their issues, grievances and demands to the ADC.

People also highlighted various issues and put forth various demands pertaining to PDD, Jal Shakti,RDD, PMGSY, R&B and other departments.

The ADC after giving patient hearing to the public addressed some of the grievances on spot and in the context of other demands and issues required to be redressed at higher level; he assured that the same will be forwarded to concerned authorities at an earliest for immediate considerations.
