Rajouri,July 16:-Jammu and Kashmir police today arrested a man in Kallar Chatyar area and recovered smuggled liquor from his possession.
A team of police headed by Incharge Police Post Chingus Chatyar SI MD Khan under the supervision of DySP Headquarters Rajouri Surinder Khadyar laid a naka near Kallar and intercepted a bootlegger namely Ashok Kumar son of Avinash Ram resident of Shahpur Manyallan.
During frisking, 29 bottles of liquor were recovered from his possession after which accused was arrested.
A case under relevant sections of law has been registered.
