License of chemist suspended for non maintenance of sale records

Jammu June 01:-As per proceedings initiated us 55/109 Crpc against drug consumers, the name of True Care Pharmacy run by Ashok Kumar Gupta at Hotel New Diamond, Jewel surfaced and accordingly, the process of suspension of licence of said pharmacy was taken up by SDPO Nagrota (DySP Mohan Sharma) with Drug Controller, Drugs and Food Control Organization.

Today  the license of the said enterprise was suspended for a period of seven days by the Office of the Deputy Controller, Drugs and Food Control Organization, Jammu, vide order dated June 01, 2019 for the non-maintenance of records. The order was executed by SDPO Nagrota.
