LG Manoj Sinha Reviews Security Situation Across J&K, Urges Peace and Communal Harmony

JAMMU MARC 01:-Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Saturday chaired a high-level meeting to review the overall security situation across the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.

The meeting was attended by senior civil administration officials and top officers of Jammu and Kashmir Police, along with representatives of various security agencies. A comprehensive assessment of the prevailing security scenario was undertaken, with special focus on maintaining law and order, ensuring public safety, and strengthening inter-agency coordination.

During the review, the Lieutenant Governor emphasized the need for heightened vigilance and seamless coordination among all security forces to effectively address any emerging challenges. He directed officials to remain alert and proactive in safeguarding peace and stability across the Union Territory.

Calling upon all communities to maintain calm and harmony, the Lieutenant Governor urged citizens not to pay heed to rumors and misinformation. He stressed that peace and communal unity are paramount for the progress and prosperity of Jammu and Kashmir.
The Lieutenant Governor also lauded the unwavering dedication and synchronized efforts of the Police and security forces in upholding law and order. He expressed confidence that their professionalism and commitment will continue to ensure a safe and secure environment for the people of the Union Territory.
