Rajouri,Poonch,July 26:-To celebrate the 20th Kargil Vijay Diwas, a victory parade was on Friday morning organised in District Police Lines Rajouri.

Senior superintendent of police, Yougal Manhas took the salute of the parade which was performed by contingents of police and para military forces.

Glowing floral tributes were also paid to the martyrs of Kargil war and their sacrifices for the nation were remembered.

Senior superintendent of police, Yougal Manhas, while addressing the gathering said that Kargil Diwas is a proud moment for every Indian and entire India is remembering those officers and jawans who laid down their lives during the war.

Officers of Jammu and Kashmir police, central para military forces besides school children and members of civil society were present at District Police Lines Rajouri during the victory parade.
