RAJOURI DEC 05:-Minister for Jal Shakti, Forest, Ecology and Environment, and Tribal Affairs Javed Rana recently chaired a crucial meeting with the Chief Engineer of Jal Shakti Jammu, alongside key officers from the Jal Shakti Department of District Poonch and Rajouri.

The meeting focused on pressing matters related to water management, environmental conservation, and tribal welfare in the two districts. Officials discussed the progress of ongoing projects, potential challenges, and the implementation of policies aimed at improving water supply systems and safeguarding the local ecology. The Minister emphasized the importance of sustainable development and ensuring that local communities, particularly in tribal areas, have access to essential resources while maintaining environmental integrity.
