Rajouri July 02:– In a Statement to press, the Protest led by Rizwan Khan Buraq along with other Party workers District General Secretary Adv Ibrar Choudhary, Riaz Gakhar and Others assemble in front of DC Office Rajouri.
The Protesters consisting of Ph.D scholars, LLB, B. Tech students and Engineers sold vegetables to showcase the lack of Govt. jobs for the unemployed youth. They were shouting slogans while holding vegetables as a mark of protest in front of DC office Rajouri.
Rizwan Khan Buraq stated that false promises of JK administrators with the unemployed youth have been compelled to sell vegetables, drive auto, and work as construction workers due to non-advertisement of vacant posts,”. Rizwan Khan Buraq added that in Jammu and Kashmir more than 1.5 lakh posts are vacant in around 60 departments. Khan also shown concern over increasing Inflation. Urge Lt. Governor to initiate Fast track Recruitment Process.
District General Secretary Adv Ibrar Choudhary said that the educated youth are becoming over-aged with not much scoop in the Govt. jobs. The private sector has seen a decline due to covid pandemic from the last two years. The unemployment has affected the youth psychologically.
Riaz Gakhar said that “The employment opportunities have reduced as it has given birth to many issues among the unemployed youth.”
Meanwhile, Rafaqat Choudhary also said Unemployed Youth is in depression and involving in drugs and Bad activities, where the other members of JKAP District Rajouri members were also present Er.Tahir Abbas, Er Waleem Shah, Danish Shah, Sadam Chowdhary, Azam Khan Gakhar, Raja Aslam Khan Gakhar, Sadam Shah, Layaqat Khaki and others.
