Government Delivery Has Become Very Difficult Thanks To Agent’s. Jammu And Kashmir Bank Misled Kashmiri Refugees  ; People Requests To LG Administration To Investigate The Matter

JAMMU MARCH 16:–With the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, the claim of the Jammu and Kashmir government to provide financial assistance to youths belonging to West Pakistani refugees and Kashmiri migrant families to start their own businesses is actually far away from the reality and truth because government delivery has become very difficult due to active agents in the refugee camps.

It cannot be ruled out that on the one hand government is talking about financial assistance, on the other hand, the agents active in the refugee camps, Jammu and Kashmir Bank is misleading the people about the government schemes and the fact is that the schemes are not available for  the deserve and needful people who should benefit from any scheme. Delivery has become very difficult thanks to agents.

There needs to be a re-inspection of who is recommended for financial assistance. People have alleged that the actions were taken only on the applications of approved persons, which neither the Lieutenant Governor nor the senior officers in the administration know about.

Some people have complained that the bank officials have misled the general public and processed the applications of those people without fulfilling criteria and inspection of eligibility related to providing financial assistance in favor displaced refugees to carry on their business setup under the different flagship programmes of the government

People  allege that  the applications  of a selected few being approved who are already well settled along with  their children are good being approved by the help of active agents in a hanky pranky manner needs to be investigated .. However  the deserve and needful youth belonging to displaced families Kashmiri Migrant families being deprived to  provide financial support to start their own business venture.

People categorically say that  the  selected few who are already well settled and whose children etc. are also well off. Special financial assistance has been provided in favor of the job earners, while the needy and needy people have been deliberately excluded from the government schemes, who are, as usual, going round and rounding the relevant bank branches and government offices without getting any positive results.

Hence the irony is what is going on in the present era which is questioning the truth and therefore the state governor is being asked to re-investigate the financial aid accounts.

People also alleges  that JK Bank authorities have been said to provide loans on account of  12.5%of interest and at the same time it has been said to process the requests only on the basis of returning all the amounts for a period of five years.

It is also true that apart from the financial assistance schemes, the banks already have central welfare and welfare schemes related to providing loans and J&K Bank is confident in its dreams of expanding its loans and trade in addition to the state financial assistance schemes.

Efforts are being made to change the real map and image. In this way, the needy and needy people are being deprived of the government financial assistance schemes, which is quite a pity. Therefore, the current state government schemes for earning self-employment have failed at the basic level and In the name of poor people.
