Formulate Permanent Recruitment Policy for JK Bank: Dr Shazad

May 13 :- Expressing serious concern over frequent controversies engulfing Jammu and Kashmir Bank which is one of the most presitigious and maximum employment providing institution of the state after J & K Police and education department.

Dr Shazad Malik former Vice Chancellor of Sai Nath University and renowned social activist urged governor Satyapal Malik to formulate a permanent and uniform recruitment policy for Jammu and Kashmir Bankso that after every recruitment advertisement notices or result notifications, controversies that erupt and then aspirants resort to protest and demonstrations are avoided.
Shazad said today major problem in Indian and especially in the state of Jammu and kashmir state is rising graph of unemployed youth despite having highest qualifications and skills

He said youth of J & K have proved their abilities and competence and that is why Jammu and Kashmir bank have attained such high name and fame at national and international level.

He also asked the JK bank to come with more liberal banking schemes to provide soft loans to aspiring local youth of
the state belonging to backward districts. Dr Shazad said JK bank belongs to all the people of the state thus no one should potray bank in bad light.
