District administration Rajouri extends financial assistance of rupees one lakh to Iram Shamim for pursuing Studies at AIIMS _Nominated as Brand Ambassador for Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao_

Rajouri,August,28: District administration Rajouri today extended the financial assistance of rupees one lakh to Iram Shamim who has qualified for the medical studies at the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences.

It is pertinent to mention here that Shamim hails from Dhanore village of Rajouri district.She took too many challenges to crack the entrance exam.She worked hard beating all adversaries to make it to the premier institute and She is not in a position to pay fee for pursuing her further studies.

In order to help her continue further studies,Deputy Commissioner,Rajouri, Mohammad Aijaz Asad today handed over financial assistance of rupees one lakh to Iram Shamim. While speaking on the occasion,the DDC said that District administration will ensure no student gets deprived of higher studies due to financial problems. He added that Shamim has set an example for the girls of Rajouri district.

DDC congratulated her on the achievement and assured her of every possible help to continue studies in future. He also nominated Iram Shamim as the Brand Ambassador of Beti Bachao Beti Padhao campaign for district Rajouri for the year 2019-20.
