Congress Workers Hold Meet at Darhal Discuss various issues related to the Development of Darhal. Congress workers strongly condemn the rampant incidents of mob lynching and questioned on the silence of powerful voices in  BJP ruled 

Darhal,July,13 GNS :-A workers meeting of congress party held at Darhal today in which large number of congress and youth congress workers participated in the meeting. The meeting  presided over by Zahid Sarfraz Malik Senior Congress leader. In the meeting workers highlights number of issues relating to the development of Darhal and the callous attitude of the presentation dispensation in not addressing these issues. The workers also strongly condemn the rampant incidents of mob lynching and questioned the silence of powerful voices in the BJP ruled central and state governments.

Mr. Zahid Sarfraz Malik while addressing the meeting said that number of issues pertaining to Darhal constituency is continuously been un addressed. Lackadaisical approach of district as well as state administration towards Darhal is the root cause of all these issues. People lacks even the basic amenities of life, administration is concentrating more on urban areas than towards the rural areas more particularly darhal constituency. Proper electricity can only be provided if there are requisite transformers and electrification, against a 100 kv transformer there is 300 kv load then how proper electricity can be provided  the same condition with water supply scheme there are more scandals than schemes. Roads are in worst condition, Kassain to Darhal to Prori road had been included in PMGSY under upgradation scheme, same has been tendered and allotted to TBA Infrstructure, notice to proceed with  was given on 19-12-2017, the time period for completion of the project is 25 months, 17 months have passed but only 2-5% precent work is executed on the project but the officials of PMGSY is monitoring the work as a mute spectator even the concerned Advisor to the Governor is also not taking care of this matter meaning there by the concerned department is least bothered about this project , as such, Hon’ble Governor is requested to look into the matter seriously otherwise the people will come on roads.
Mr. Malik said the parents of the students who are studying or working outside the state are always remain in fear because of the rampant incidents of mob lynching the recent brutal lyncing of a young man namely Tabrez Ansari by a mob is a blot on humanity and thereafter the cruelty of police who held this dying boy in custody for some days is shocking as is the silence of powerful voices in the BJP ruled Central and State Government. Hon’ble Governor is requested to ensure the security of all those working or studying outside state.
Mr. Malik said it is only the congress party who can lead the people of this country and state towards prosperity and peace and the people of the state and of Darhal constituency are committed to bring back congress to power in the coming assembly elections and are committed to defeat every such party who tried to polarise the society for their political intersest.
On the occasion Mr. Mudassir Malik Youth Congress leader said that the youth of Darhal constituency in large number are joining the congress party.
