BOVINE BIDS FOILED;15 ANIMALS RESCUED;PERSONS ARRESTED

POONCH’,July 02:–District Police today rescued 15 bovines and arrested 04 persons during naka checking at different places.

Police party of PS Surankote and PP Behrgalla laid a naka and during naka checking they seized 04 vehicles bearing Reg. No JK12A 3034 driven by Abid Amin S/O Mohd Amin R/O Bhonikhate Tehsil Surankote,Tata Mobile bearing Reg. no. JK12 8110 driven by Abid Rafiq S/O Abdul Aziz R/I Shiendra Tehsil Haveli,Tata Mobile bearing Reg.no. JK12A 4054 driven by Rafaqit Ahmed S/O Mohd Sadiq R/O Khanater Tehsil Haveli and Tata mobile bearing Reg.No JK12A 8293 driven by Jameel Ahmed S/O Mohd Iqbal R/O Dharana Tehsil Mendhar which were carrying bovines without any legal permission.All the persons were arrested as well.

In this connection case FIR no 160/2019 U/S 188RPC 3PCAct, Case FIR No 161/2019 U/S 188RPC 3PCAct, Case Fir no 162/2019 U/S 188RPC 3PCA Act and Case FIR No 163/2019 U/S 188RPC 3PCA Act have been registered repectively and investigation of the cases have been taken up.
