Rajouri’July 18:-Jammu and Kashmir police has arrested a bootlegger and recovered consignment of smuggled liquor from his possession in Rajouri town area.
A team of police headed by SHO Rajouri Ajaz Haider was on routine naka checking at Dalogra when a person identified as Kulbir Singh son of Sunil Singh resident of Kallar was intercepted.
During his frisking, 53 bottles of liquor were recovered from his possession after which accused was arrested .
A case in FIR no 447/2019 u/s 48 A Excise Act has been registered in police station Rajouri.
