Mandi/Poonch October 10:– Zs we all are fully aware that people participated in the very promminat and fruitfull programme namely Back to village with full interest and passion. The great front line workers played a great role by visiting each village and even visiting officers of the field made people aware regarding the motive of the programme.
The general public has said that two phases of the same the phase one and two has not benifited people but they expected that the phase third should undoubtly fruitfull to general public so things needs to implement on ground level.
In this regard stressfully appeal the Honable LT Governor of the Union territory to release the funds so that people may get benifit at ground level.
In this connection BDC chairperson Shamim Ganai has catogaricaly urged that untill funding from goverment is pillar of success of the programme so should be released with out procrastination,Hope this appeal shall be considered at priority.
