    پونچھ//:- اس وقت پوری دنیا جہاں کرونا وائرس سے متاثر ہے۔ وہیں ملک ہندوستان بھی اس وبائی مرض کا شکار ہے اس ضمن میں جہاں ملک کا ہر فرد متاثر ہیں طلباء بھی بے حد پریشان نظر آرہے صوبہ جموں کے اندر آنے والی جموں یونیورسٹی کے طلباء میں اس وقت غصے کی لہر دوڑ گئی جب یونیورسٹی ایک ملازم نے سوشل میڈیا پر پوسٹ کیا کہ ششم جماعت کے امتحان ہونے ہیں جبکہ یونیورسٹی نے ابھی تک کوئی بھی نوٹیفیکشن جاری نہیں کیا گیا ہے یہ بات طلبہ کے لئے سردرد بنی ہوئی ہے کہ ایا امتحان ہونگے اور کب ہوں گے اور کیسے ہوں گے یہ بات طلباء کی ذہنی کوفت سے کم نہیں ہے کہ امتخانات اپنے مقررہ وقت پر ہوں گے یا نہیں اس کے لیے یونیورسٹی نے ابھی تک کوئی بھی نوٹیفکیشن جاری نہیں کیا گیا ہے کیونکہ کے عین وقت پہ امتحان دینا بہت ہی مشکل ہوتا ہے اس حوالے سے گورمنٹ ڈگری کالج پونچھ کے سینئر طلبا زاہد مغل سے جب ہم نے بات کی تو انہوں نے کہا کہ، ہم یہ جموں یونیورسٹی کو واضح کر دیتے ہیں کہ ایسا ہرگز نہ کیا جائے طلباء کی زندگی کے ساتھ کھلواڑ نہ کریں ۔جموں یونیورسٹی کو چاہیے کہ جب بھی امتحان لیے جائیں گے تو ان سے دو تین ہفتے پہلے ہی تاریخ مقرر کی جائے تاکہ طلباء کی مستقبل کے ساتھ کسی قسم کا کوئی کھلواڑ نہ ہو۔ اس موقع پر ان کے ہم عصر ساتھی شاہد احمد خان، جمیل احمد محُسن، مِرزا بَلال احمد، علی اصغر چوہدری اور مشتاق مغل بھی موجود تھے

    اندروال سے کانگرس پارٹی کے سینئر لیڈر ذاکر حسین کین نے پریس کے نام جاری ایک بیان میں میں بولتے ہوے کہا کہ بونجواہ جیسے دوردراز علاقوں میں کوویڈ-19 (کوروناوائرس) کی وبائی بیماری کے لاکڈائون کی وجہ سی آٹا, چاول و کھانے پینے کی دیگر جیسی ضروری اشیا کا بھاری فقدان ہے جسکی وجہ سے علاقہ میں غریب عوام بُری طرح سے متاثر ہو رہی ہے.

    کین نے مزید ریاستی انتظامیہ سے اپیل کرتے ہوے کہا کہ انتظامیہ کو اس مشکل وقت میں بجائے تماشہ دیکھنے کے آگے آکر غریب و ضرورتمند لوگوں کی مدد کر کے اپنا حقیقی کردار ادا کرنا چاہئے.

    “اگر چہ علاقہ کے لوگ کوروناوائرس کے لاکڈائون کی وجہ سے اپنے اپنے گھروں میں رہکر وقتی حکومت کی اپیل کا پوری طرح ساتھ دے رہے ہیں وہیں ایسا نہ ہو کہ علاقے کی غریب عوام بجائے کوروناوائرس جیسی وبائی بیماری کے بھوک مری سی ہی مر جائیں جیسا کہ ملک کے کئی دوردراز حصوں میں ہو رہا ہے,اس لئے ریاستی انتظامیہ کو فوری طور ضروری اقدام اُٹھا کے علاقہ میں راشن کی قلت کو سمجھتے ہوے علاقے میں راشن پہنچانا چاہئے” کین نے کہا

    انہوں نے علاقہ کے لوگوں سے مزید اپیل کرتے ہوے اپنے اپنے گھروں میں رہنے کی تلقین کی.

    کوٹرنکہ/ سماجی کارکن بدھل اعجاز احمد نے پریس سے بات چیت کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ بدھل کے کیول موڑ علاقے میں پچھلے تین سال سے پانی بند ہے۔یہاں کی عوام پانی کی قلت کی وجہ سے پریشان حال ہے۔ اب رمضان المبارک کے مہینے کی آمد ہے روزہ داروں کو پانی نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے پریشانی کا سامنا کرنا پڑ ے گا۔ اس محلے میں تو بالکل ہی پانی نہیں آ رہا۔ نمازی پریشان ہوں گے۔ اعجاز احمد نے کہا کہ یہاں تعینات ملازمین گھر بیٹھے تنخواہیں لیتے ہیں ۔میں نے کہیں بار محکمہ کے ملازمین کو آگاہ کیا ۔ اور ضلع انتظامیہ سے درخواست کی لیکن صرف یقین دھانی کرائی گئی اور محکمہ نے کوی تعاون نہیں دیا ۔اور اہل علاقہ نے بھی انتظامیہ کو متعدد بار آگاہ کیا لیکن کوئی شنوائی نہیں ہوئی۔ علاقہ کے اعلیٰ افسران سے گزارش ہے کہ اس مسئلہ کی طرف توجہ دیں۔اگر یہ سلسلہ اسی طرح جاری رہا تو ہم سڑکوں پر نکل کر احتجاج کرنے پر مجبور ہیں کیونکہ ہم نے اس بارے میں محکمہ کو فریاد کی تھی لیکن مسئلہ کا کوئی حل نہیں ہوسکا ۔میری خاصکر ضلع انتظامیہ راجوری اور ایڈیشنل ڈپٹی کمشنر کوٹرنکہ سے اپیل ہے کہ وہ اس طرف توجہ دیں تاکہ غریب عوام کا بھلا ہو سکے۔

    Poonch :- In a press statement Dr. Shamim Ahmed Banday Chairman Super 30 College of competition said that keeping in view the alarming rate of positive cases of covid -19 in J&K religious scoloars ,Teachers ,Civil society & Youth have a role to play in making the masses aware about the importance of lockdown and social distancing.

    Banday said that number of Covid -19 positive cases is increasing at an alarming rate and it is in no way any good sign for the community to take things easy .Dr. Shamim Ahmed Banday said that those taking social distancing easy and violating the guidelines needs to dealt strictly.

    Rajouri:- Aftab Ahmed Tantray District President Jammu Kashmir Rehbar-e-Taleem Teachers Forum Rajouri urged the Honourable Leutinent Governor to utilize the services of Employees to create mass awareness among the villagers .The program of lockdown is very important and bold step taken by Honourable Prime Minister of India and the previous 21 days lockdown remained very successful throughout India with the efforts of District Administrations and active role of Medical staffers, police and frontline workers.As it’s not possible for District Administration to reach nook and corner of every village so its necessary to utilize the services of employees and Panchayati Raj Representatives in every village to with latest knowledge and precautions, preventive measures, masks sanitizers etc and the employees will aware the general public of village in this regard and the employee will also listen to their grievances regarding the essential commodities and send it to higher authorities for their redressal. The employee can act as a bridge between public and the District Administration.
    Moreover the lockdown is not implemented in letter and spirit in villages.Still the boys are playing circket, play cards and other construction activities and social gatherings are still continue up to some extent and there is also no care taker of outside labourers presently staying in maximum villages of Jammu Kashmir .
    Moreover it’s a social cause and a good opportunity to serve the humanity in the time of crisis in the whole world .
    The Jammu Kashmir Rehbar-e-Taleem Teachers Forum is quite hopeful that the Honorable LG will consider it for the safety of most precious human lives.
