SRINAGAR APRIL 26:–A delegation from the International Human Rights Organisation visited Bandipora and engaged positively with the Bandipora administration today.
The meeting with DDC Bandipora, Mr. Shakeel ul Rehman Rather (IAS), and ADDC Bandipora, Mr. Mohammed Ashraf Bhat (JKAS), was fruitful, paving the way for upcoming projects and potential awards. As directed by the administration, preparations are underway for a presentation outlining our proposed initiatives at Wullar Lake.
A forthcoming meeting with the District Administration, accompanied by the presentation, will provide an opportunity for collaborative input from relevant departments.
Discussions during the meeting encompassed various sectors including tourism, agriculture, health and wellness, art and culture, environment, and diversity. Notably, emphasis was placed on sports, particularly water-based activities.
The delegation, led by Mr. Altaf Bhat, Zonal Coordinator, included Mr. Yaqoob Dunoo and Moulvi Imtiyaz Sahib.
