MENDHAR / The sub-center being constructed by the Sailani Health Department in Mankot Tehsil of Border District Poonch is incomplete from the last ten years due to which the people are facing severe problems due to the negligence of the Public Works Department and the contractor. Since then, the health department has rented a sub-center in the area and the basic facilities have not been provided in the center due to incompleteness of the department building. The people criticized the public works department and said that the work of the building was completed in 2010.
