SURANKOTE October 31:– Indian Army in it’s constant endeavour to fight against the COVID-19
pandemic, distributed health and medical safety Kits to the Corona Warriors which included
persons from backward areas of Hari Budha, Marhot, Mastandhara, Kulali, Dogrian,
Surankote & Daraba. This area lacks basic medical infrastructure and is cutoff from the
mainland. The medical kits distributed included Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Kit,
Thermometer, Sanitizer Spray Pump with Sanitizer, Surgical Masks, Face Shields, Gloves,
Soaps, Goggles, Liquid Hand Wash and awareness Flex Board. A live demonstration was
also carried out by the company commanders on essential steps to be taken to avoid spread
of corona virus. The people were also informed on the guidelines on aversion of the
disease. This effort of Indian Army was highly appreciated by the locals and civil
administration.
