Rajouri,October 02:–Observing Gandhi Jayanti as well as Swach Bharat initiative, Jammu and Kashmir police in Rajouri district held events in police institutions across the district and took Swachta pledge.
At District Police Lines Rajouri, Senior Superintendent of Police Rajouri Chandan Kohli led the event accompanied by ASP Rajouri, Dysp Hqrs Rajouri, Dysp Ops Rajouri and other police personnel of all the ranks were present.
Participants took pledge to play their role in cleanliness and to devote 100 hours for hygiene and cleanliness.
SSP Rajouri on this occasion emphasised upon the participants to play their role in personal as well as community hygiene.
Similar events to take pledge were taken in all the police institutions across the district that include Sub Divisional Police Offices, Police Stations and Police Posts
