Resident’s of Potha Bela Tehsil Surankote Demanded Reconstruction of Bridge.

SURANKOTE May 30:- Resident’s of Potha Bela of Tehsil Surankote demanded Reconstruction of a foot bridge which was damaged in 2014 floods.

Talking to GNS ONLINE some locals of the area alleged the Concerned department for its failure and negligence towards this matter and long pending demand .While commenting upon the matter , Activist hailing from surankote Adv Sayed Waseem UL Hassan said that the bridge was washed away in flood 2014 and till date the Department and Administration did not pay any heed to the matter.
Department denied to forward the same work in Reconstruction Plan and in result the school children ,old age People’ are suffering alot due to the non availability of this foot bridge. He urged L.G J&k to intervene into the matter.

Locals also demanded the reconstruction of the Bridge to pay comfort to the public.
