Rajouri April 07 :- To finalize the strategy with regards to availability of agriculture seeds, the movement of the seasonal migrant and distribution of ICDS material among the children and pregnant women the district administration Rajouri convened a meeting of all concerned officers.
The meeting was chaired by District Magistrate Rajouri, Mohammad Nazir Sheikh whereas Senior Superintendent of Police, Chandan Kohli, Additional Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Sher Singh, Additional Superintendent of Police Rajouri Liyaqit Ali, Assistant Commissioner, Revenue Mohammad Ashraf, District Statistical and Evaluation Officer Bilal Mir and other officers were present in the meeting.
Threadbare discussion to make plans, strategies and streamline the processes involved to be executed in coming days was held in the meeting.
Some vital aspects discussed in the meeting included that of availability of seeds and other inputs in the coming sowing season, movement of Nomads alongwith strategies and availability of medicines, procurement, availability and distribution of nutrition of ICDS and mid day meal and transfer of amount pensions and others scheme into the beneficiaries accounts.
District Magistrate Rajouri Mohammad Nazir Sheikh asked all the officers to ensure that smooth public delivery system for the public be ensured.
He further said that administration is working on a migration plan for nomads and a team of concerned officers is conducting necessary exercise on its modalities.
