BUDHAL MARCH 13:-The last Friday of the holy month of Ramadan, Jummah-tul-Wida, was observed in the town of Budhal in District Rajouri with great devotion, respect and spiritual enthusiasm. A large number of worshippers gathered in mosques across Budhal and its adjoining areas to offer Friday prayers and seek blessings from Almighty Allah.
Religious scholars and Imams, in their sermons on the occasion of Jummah, highlighted the blessings of the holy month of Ramadan, the importance of worship and the need to follow Islamic teachings in daily life. Emotional scenes were witnessed in mosques where devotees listened to the sermons with moist eyes and prayed for Allah’s mercy and forgiveness as the blessed month of Ramadan approaches its end.
After the Jummah prayers, special collective supplications were offered for the well-being of the Muslim community, peace and harmony in the country and unity among people.
Meanwhile, a significant rush was also witnessed in Budhal market on the occasion of Jummah-tul-Wida. With Eid-ul-Fitr approaching, people were seen purchasing clothes, shoes, sweets and other essential items, leading to increased commercial activity and crowded marketplaces.
Local residents said that the last Jummah of Ramadan holds great significance for Muslims, and people spend more time in prayers, recitation of the Holy Qur’an and seeking forgiveness from Allah.
