    RAJOURI, JULY 17 :–Within a week Indian Army foiled a second major infiltration bid by the Pakistan- sponsored terror groups and killed one terrorist in the midnight operation in the Chakan-da-Bagh area of the Krishna Ghati sector of Poonch district.
    Four terror attacks since 1 January 2023–in which 9 civilians and 10 soldiers were killed at Dhangri, Bhata-Dhurian, and Kandi forest, and now executing infiltration bids– clearly indicate that Pakistan is trying its best to revive terrorism and disturb peace in the Rajouri-Poonch border districts of Jammu province.
    PRO (Defence) Jammu, Lt Col Suneel Bartwal said that in a joint operation by troops of Indian Army and J&K Police, a major infiltration bid was eliminated on the intervening night of July 16 & 17 in Krishna Ghati sector in district Poonch in which one terrorist was killed on the spot while another injured was observed falling in the Poonch River.
    It is pertinent to mention here that
    “Movement of terrorists was observed near the Poonch River moving from across the line of Control (LoC) towards own side. Alert troops of Indian Army and J&K Police established anti infiltration posture in multiple tiers to prevent any terrorist from escaping,” said PRO.
    He added, in the early hours of the morning contact was established which led to heavy volume of fire being exchanged. In the ensuing fire fight two terrorists were hit. One of the terrorist fell on the spot while the other terrorist was observed falling in the Poonch River.
    In a deliberate and massive search operation body of one terrorist has been recovered from the site along with war-like stores, including one AK 74 rifle with magazine, eleven rounds, and other stores for sustenance.
    The Security Forces continue to remain alert on the Line of Control and is fully prepared to thwart such attempts in the future too.
    It is pertinent to mention here that a similar infiltration bid was made by a group of 3-4 Pakistan-sponsored terrorists from the Kalal area of the Nowshera sector of Rajouri district on the intervening night of July 10 & 11.

    One unidentified terrorist was killed while the blood traces of other injured terrorists towards PoJK side were found by the Indian troops during a search of the area in the morning on July 11.
    Meanwhile, contact with terrorists was also established in the evening hours in the Sindhra-Maidana area near Surankot town in Poonch district.
    In this connection, White Knight Corps Tweet reads: “Based on specific intelligence a joint cordon & search operation (CASO) was launched in general area Sindarah & Maidana near Surankote tehsil # Poonch by troops of #Indian Army and # SOG,@JmuKmrPolice. Contact established. Intense firefight ongoing, area cordoned, operation in progress”.
    Till the filing of this report, no further detail was made available about this operation.

    POONCH JULY 17:–Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav cricket tournament 2023 is the unique kinds and it is a great initiative taken by District Development Commissioner Poonch Yasin Mohammad Choudhary (IAS)

    This tournament is started today at Army ground Surankote,CO Davsh 16 RR was the Chief Guest of the opening ceremony of this tournament, Major Aman Singh16 RR and Prof Ashfaq Ahmed HOD Degree college Surankote were also chief guest and guest of honour in 2nd match. In a semi final match vice chairman municipal committee Surankote Sanjeev Kesar was the chiefguest .

    5 teams were participating in this tournament as Shaheed Mushtaq Malik memorial cricket club , Shaheed Shabir memorial cricket club , Shaheed Janet memorial cricket club , Shaheed Yousaf memorial cricket club and Shaheed Shahzad Bhatti memorial club.

    This tournament was conducted under the supervision of Kulwant Singh Zpeo Surankote and Overall supervised by DYSSO Poonch Mohd Qasim.     KUPWARA JULY 17 :– July 17 is the day of International criminal justice as per the International Criminal Court as it marks the anniversary of the adoption of Rome Statute on 17 July 1998. It unites people who support justice and help prevent crimes that threaten the peace, security and well being of the world.

    Indian Army in its endeavour to educate the youth in variety of agendas organised a lecture for students of Rehmat-ul-Alam Public School, Kupwara on occasion of International Justice day who were given an intellectual talk by Ms Amina who is a lawyer by profession.

    On occasion of the same three teachers and 50 students of Law Dalhousie Public School visited Vajr Gatha and Parcham e Hind at Zangli Garrison to learn about the Valour and Sacrifice of our soldiers in Battlefield.
    Five teachers and 41 students attended the talk by Advocate Amina at Rehmat-ul-Alam Public School, Kupwara.

    Advocate Amina through her talk made the school students aware about the mandate and importance of justice in serious crimes. The talk emphasised on understanding the importance of fighting for justice, human rights and prosecution of crimes.

    محکمہ زراعت راجوری، سب ڈویژن کوٹرنکہ نے پیر کو کیول میں نامیاتی کاشتکاری تحت ایک بیداری پروگرام کا انعقاد کیا۔
    تقریباً 30 کسانوں نے پروگرام میں شرکت کی۔ اس موقع پر سرپنچ گرام پنچایت کیول لوئر محمد فاروق انقلابی مہمان خصوصی تھے اور سب ڈویژنل ایگریکلچر آفیسر راجن کمار ریسورس پرسن تھے۔
    ایس ڈی اے او راجن کمار نے نامیاتی کاشتکاری کے مختلف فوائد کے بارے میں تفصیل سے بات کی .انہوں نے نامیاتی کاشتکاری کے بنیادی اصولوں پر لیکچر بھی دیا اور اس سلسلے میں ہر قسم کی تکنیکی اور مادی مدد کا یقین دلایا۔
    اس موقع پر جے ای او دیوان چند نے بھی خطاب کیا اور کسانوں کو درپیش مختلف مسائل کو حل کرنے کی یقین دہانی کرائی۔ جے ای او ریاض احمد نے محکمہ زراعت کی مختلف سکیموں پر روشنی ڈالی۔ اس موقع پر خطاب کرتے ہوئے مہمان خصوصی سرپنچ فاروق انقلابی نے آرگینک فارمنگ کے اپنے مشن میں محکمہ کو مکمل تعاون کا یقین دلایا۔
    اس موقع پر دیگر کے علاوہ پی آر آئی ممبر رفیق چوہان، صادق مغل، راشد پوسوال بھی موجود تھے۔اس موقع پر فیلڈ وزٹ کا بھی اہتمام کیا گیا۔

    BUDHAL JULY 17 :–Department of Agriculture and farmers Welfare Rajouri, Sub Division Kotranka organised an awareness program under organic farming at Kewal on Monday.

    About 30 farmers attended the programme. Sarpanch Gram Pyt Kewal Lower Mohammad Farooq Inqlabi was the Chief guest and Sub Divisional Agriculture Officer Rajan Kumar was resource person on the occasion.

    SDAO Rajan Kumar spoke in length about the different benefits of organic farming .He also lectured on the basic principles of organic farming and assured all kind of technical and material support in this regard.

    JEO Diwan Chand also spoke on the occasion and assured to address the different issues faced by the farmers. JEO Riaz Ahmed highlighted various schemes of Agriculture Department. While speaking on the occasion Chief Guest Sarpanch Farooq Inqlabi assured full support to department in their mission of organic farming.

    Among others PRI member Rafiq Chouhan, Sadiq Mughal, Rashid Poswal were present on the occasion.A field visit was also arranged on the occasion.

    RAJOURI JULY 17:–Jammu and Kashmir police in Rajouri has traced two minor boys who were missing from Jarran Wali Gali area of Mendhar sub division in Poonch district.

    In an official statement, police said that on Sunday, Mohd Rafiq son of Lal Din resident of Mendhar had reported in Police Station Gursai that his two minor nephews namely Shoib Akther (14) son of Mohd khursheed and Mohd Murtaza (12) son of Kabir Ahmed, both residents of Kallar Mohra in Mendhar have gone missing.

    In this regard a case FIR No 78/2023 U/Ss 363 IPC was registered in Police Station Gursai and simultaneously the details of both minor boys was shared with Rajouri Police by Poonch police.

    Different teams were fanned out to trace the missing boys by police in Rajouri and after hectic efforts both the minor boys were traced by a team at Shahdra Sharief in Thanamandi today on Monday.

    Both the missing minors have been handed over to Gursai police station team and their family members.

    • इस परीक्षा में समसामयिकी का विशेष महत्त्व है। इसलिए स्वयं को समाचार पत्रों, पत्रिकाओं, मीडिया या सोशल मीडिया आदि के माध्यम से अद्यतन रखें।

    4. समय प्रबंधन-

    • समय के दुरुपयोग से बचें एवं अनुशासित रहने का प्रयास करें।
    • एक व्यावहारिक समय सारिणी बनाएं।
    • प्रतिदिन, साप्ताहिक, मासिक एवं वार्षिक आधारों पर लक्ष्य तय करें एवं नियत समय पर पूरा करने की कोशिश करें।

    5. अध्ययन एवं मूल्यांकन-

    • क्लास टेस्ट एवं टेस्ट सीरीज आदि के माध्यम से स्वयं का मूल्यांकन एवं सुधार करते रहें।

    • दिनचर्या से कुछ समय अपने स्वास्थ्य एवं मनोरंजन पर भी दें।
