2 Executive Engineers Among 13 PDD Officials Suspended Pending Enquiry
Srinagar/Jammu, December 30 :– Lieutenant Governer-led dispensation has put on suspension two executive engineers among thirteen officers-cum-officials over charges of delinquency, here on Wednesday.
An order in this regard, of which a copy lies that “Pending enquiry, the delinquent officers/officials of Power Development Department and Finance Department are hereby placed under suspension with immediate effect, in terms of Rule 31 of Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1956 (sic.).”
The officers-cum-officials, as per the order, include, Mohammad Yousuf Baba, the then Executive Engineer, PDD Sumbal; Aftab Ahmad Khan, the then Executive Engineer, PDD Sumbal; Mushtaq Ahmad Malik, the then Senior Assistant, PDD Sumbal; Riyaz Ahmad Wani, the then Junior Assistant, PDD Sumbal; Ab. ریاسی//برفباری کے بعد ریاسی ضلع کے بالائی علاقوں میں تیسرے روز بھی بجلی غائب رہی جس کی وجہ سے لوگوں کو شدید مشکلات کا سامنا کرنا پڑ رہا ہے۔ضلع کے بالائی علاقہ جات بدھن،کرمکٹھا،سجرو،ہاڑیوالا،چٹاباس،تولی بننا ،انگرالہ ،شیدول ،لار، کھوڑ، گلابگڑھ ،برنسال ،دیول ،نہوچ وغیرہ کے علاوہ درجنوں دیہات میں تیسرے روز بھی بجلی غائب رہی۔لوگوں نے کہا کہ محکمہ نے سارے کام چھوٹے ملازموں پر چھوڑے ہوئے ہیں اور کئی سال قبل بجلی کی تاریں اور کھمبے لگائے گئے ہیں جن کی مرمت نہیں کی جارہی ہے، یہی وجہ ہے کہ لوگوں کو کئی دنوں تک بجلی کے بغیر رہنا پڑتا ہے۔مقامی لوگوں نے کہا کہ جب فیس لینے کی باری آتی ہے محکمہ وقت پرفیس لیتا ہے لیکن اس کے بدلے میں لوگوں کو بہتر بجلی سپلائی نہیں دی جاتی ہے۔گزشتہ برفباری کے بعد کئی ایک سڑکیں بند ہوگئیں ہے جنہیں ابھی تک بحال نہیں کیا گیا۔انگرالہ سے گلابگڑھ،مہور سے بدرگول وغیرہ سڑکیں دوسرے روز بھی بند رہی جس کی وجہ سے لوگ گھروں میں ہی محصور ہو کر رہ گئے ہیں۔اس کے علاوہ دور دراز علاقہ جات میں راشن کی بھی شدید قلت پائی جارہی ہے۔مقامی لوگوں نے انتظامیہ سے مانگ کی ہے کہ سڑکوں اور بجلی سپلائی کو فوری طور بحال کیا جائے۔
