POONCH JAN, 14:-In a moment of extraordinary pride for Aspirational Block Mankote, border district Poonch, and the entire nation, Suzain Nasar, a young prodigy from the Line of Control (LoC) area, has earned a rare and prestigious honour. Suzain has been personally invited by the Hon’ble President of India, Droupadi Murmu, to attend the At Home Reception on the occasion of Republic Day. The official invitation, delivered through India Post, marks a historic milestone not only in her life but also for the remote and aspirational regions of Jammu and Kashmir.
This distinguished recognition celebrates Suzain Nasar’s exceptional achievements in sports, innovation, and academics at a remarkably young age, making her a symbol of excellence, determination, and hope emerging from India’s border areas.
Suzain is currently a Class 9 student at Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Ganderbal. Despite her age, she has already established a formidable presence at national and international platforms, driven by discipline, resilience, and an unyielding commitment to excellence.
A Sporting Star Across Disciplines
Suzain has brought immense laurels to her region through her outstanding performance in martial arts and sports. She has won multiple medals in Pencak Silat, including at Khelo India 2025, the All India Pencak Silat Championship 2024, and the National Pencak Silat Championship 2024. She is also a two-time National and International Champion in SQAY Martial Arts (2024).
Adding to her stellar sporting journey, Suzain clinched the National Championship title in Arnis Game (2026) and emerged as a National-level Champion in Roll Ball Skating. Her versatility extends further as she has represented the state in Baseball and Basketball, underlining her all-round athletic brilliance and mental toughness.

Beyond sports, Suzain has showcased extraordinary scientific temperament and innovative thinking. She has developed and presented several practical, technology-driven projects, earning widespread appreciation. Her notable innovations include an Automatic Smart Car Parking System, Retractable Clothing Line, Snow Removal System for Roofs, Audio-Based Automatic Ambil Bag, and a Food Spoilage Detection System. These projects reflect her creativity, problem-solving mindset, and deep concern for addressing real-life challenges through innovation.
