This Bill is a step forward, but not a final solution in its current form. It is our duty as a community to approach this initiative with strategic maturity, not emotional reaction. We must not allow this long-overdue legislative effort to be derailed, either by external political pressures or by internal divisions and personal egos.Instead, we must engage constructively and collectively, urging for the Bill’s passage into, along with critical amendments and ironclad safeguards to reflect the ground realities and core aspirations of our community Kundan Kashmiri said.

At this historic juncture, the unity of thought, vision, and action must become our greatest strength. We appeal to all Kashmiri Pandit organizations, intellectuals, and civil society members to rise above suspicion, personal politics, and fragmentation. Let us speak in one voice, act with collective wisdom, and advance with strategic intent.

Let no political party, ruling or opposition falsely claim that the KP community has rejected or opposed this Bill. That narrative would serve only to dilute or destroy what little attention our cause has finally received.

This is not just about legislation, it is about truth, justice, return, and rightful restitution. Let us act now, so that tomorrow our future generations can return to their sacred Kashyap Bhoomi, secred Home land with identity, dignity, and constitutional protection he said.
