Welcome Program Held for Hon’ble Cabinet Minister Ch. Javaid Rana in Aitti

RAJOURI NOV 20:-A warm welcome ceremony was organized in Aitti, Rajouri, to honor of Cabinet Minister Javaid Rana, hosted by Congress leader Ajaz Rashid Kataria. The event was attended by a large number of prominent political figures, including MLA Rajouri Iftkhar Ahmed, Rattan Lal Gupta, and leaders from the National Conference (NC) and Congress alliance.

Other notable personalities present in the function included Sabar Chowdhary, President of the All India Congress Committee (AICC) for SC, ST, and OBCs, Rajouri, NC District President Shafait Khan, Congress leaders  Qazi Sayeed, Sanjiv Mangoo, Qayoom Shaikh, Haji Ghulam Hussain Kataria, Sonu Shah, Gafoor Mughal, Zaffer Shah, and hundreds of prominent locals from Aitti, Gurrian, and Fatehpur Chowdhary Nar in Rajouri.

Advocate Ajaz Rashid Kataria formally welcomed the Hon’ble Minister, presenting him with a bouquet of flowers and a traditional dastar (pagri) as a mark of respect.

During the event, Sabar Chowdhary highlighted several key public demands, including the rehabilitation and compensation for victims of the Mughal Road, the regularization of daily wagers across all government departments, and the enhancement of benefits for Anganwadi workers and helpers. Other issues raised included the regularization of Rehber-e-Sehats, Rehber-e-Zeraat, and Rehber-e-Khail workers, age relaxation for SI and Constable recruitment, and the establishment of model villages for Aitti and Gurrian. Additionally, the ongoing need for better road connectivity to Sain Qader Bakhash Maizar at Khundaphair was discussed.

The Minister gave a patient hearing to the concerns raised, directing the concerned authorities to expedite action on these pressing matters.

MLA Rajouri, Iftkhar Ahmed, expressed his gratitude to the Minister for visiting Aitti and showing a deep commitment to addressing the needs of the local population. The event marked a significant moment for the community, reinforcing the collaborative spirit among political leaders to work for the betterment of the region.
