Vice Chancellor (VC) BGSB University Pays Tribute to Dr. Masud Choudhary

RAJOURI DEC 18:-On the second death anniversary of Dr. Masud Choudhary, the founding Vice Chancellor of Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU), Prof. Jawaid Iqbal, current Vice Chancellor of BGSBU, visited the Gurjar Desh Charitable Trust (GDCT) in Jammu to pay heartfelt tributes to the visionary academician.

The event was organized by the GDCT to honor Dr. Choudhary’s enduring legacy. During the occasion, Prof. Iqbal emphasized the significant contributions of Dr. Masud Choudhary in establishing BGSBU as a beacon of academic excellence, highlighting his role in shaping the university’s reputation and academic standards.

Prof. Iqbal also met with the Chairman of GDCT, Jb. Arshid Ali Chowdhury, to commend the trust’s efforts in preserving the cultural and educational heritage of Dr. Choudhary. He lauded GDCT’s initiatives aimed at the upliftment of underprivileged communities, recognizing their critical role in continuing Dr. Choudhary’s vision.
