Two-Day Volleyball Tournament Concludes Under Civic Action Programme of J&K Police in Rajouri

RAJOURI JUNE 25:-A two-day Volleyball Tournament organized under the Civic Action Programme by Jammu and Kashmir Police District Police Rajouri concluded with enthusiasm and sportsmanship at the District Police Lines Rajouri.

A total of six teams participated in the event showcasing high energy skill and team spirit. The final match was contested between *Rajab Volleyball Club Rajouri and Friends Volleyball Club of J&K Police* culminating in an impressive victory for Rajab Volleyball Club Rajouri.

The Chief Guest on the occasion Senior Superintendent of Police Rajouri  Gaurav Sikarwar, IPS felicitated the winning team with a trophy, mementos and a cheque worth ₹10,000. The Runner-Up Friends Volleyball Club of J&K Police was also honoured with a trophy, mementos and a cheque of ₹5,000 for their commendable performance.

As a token of appreciation mementos were also presented to the dignitaries including SSP Rajouri Gaurav Sikarwar, IPS and ASP Rajouri Bikram Kumar JKPS for their presence and continued support to youth-centric initiatives. The tournament was efficiently organized by the District Police Lines (DPL) Rajouri under the supervision of Dy. SP(DAR) Akshay Khajuria.

This event stands as a testament to the Jammu and Kashmir Police’s commitment to fostering community engagement, promoting sportsmanship and channelizing youth energy in a positive direction through the Civic Action Programme.
