Training under CAC for 1st batch of MBBS doctors concludes at SDH Nowshera

RAJOURI, FEBRUARY 28:–District-level training of Medical Officers (MBBS) for two weeks conducted under Comprehensive Abortion Care (CAC- MMA)) concluded on Monday at the sub-district hospital at Nowshera in Rajouri district.
Comprehensive Abortion Care (CAC) is an integral component of maternal health interventions as part of the National Health Mission.
Provision of comprehensive safe abortion services is available at public health facilities like Medical Colleges, District hospitals, sub-district hospitals, CHCs & PHCs etc, where trained Medical Practitioners are posted and they are trained in CAC services.
The training for the first batch of MBBS doctors under Comprehensive Abortion Care (MMA) concluded successfully on Monday at the sub-district hospital Nowshera and the trainee doctors were also provided certificates.
The certificates were distributed among the trainee doctors by the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Dr. Rajinder Kumar Langer, and Deputy CMO, Dr. Manohar Rana in the presence of Dr. Chander Shekhar, Block Medical Officer (Nowshera) and Medical Officer, Dr. Vikram Mahajan.
