Three Long-Time Absconders Apprehended and Produced Before the Hon’ble Court

RAJOURI NOV 25:-In a major breakthrough, Rajouri Police successfully apprehended three absconders who had been evading arrest for over a decade in connection with FIR No. 306/2011. The case was registered under Sections 307, 147, 148, 149, and 323 of the RPC in Police Station Rajouri.

The absconders have been identified as:
Parvaiz Ahmed S/O Badir Hussain,
Mohd Zamurad, S/O Badir Hussain and
Mohd Iqbal S/O Lal Din. All three are residents of Chawa, Rajouri. Warrants under Section 512/299 Cr.PC had been issued against them by the Hon’ble Sessions Court, Rajouri.

Following extensive efforts by Rajouri Police,individuals were apprehended and produced before the Hon’ble Court today, in strict compliance with legal procedures.
