Baji Syed Muzaffar Shah Sahab prays for peace in Jammu and Kashmir.

Rajouri/Kalakote January 09:–The annual Urs Mubarak of Janab Nanga Baji Sahib (RA) is celebrated annually at the residence of his grandson and a highly revered Sufi Saint of Jammu and Kashmir, Sayed Muzaffer Hussain Shah Sahib, who is popularly known among his followers as Baji Sahab.

Thousands of people cutting cultural, regional and religious divides from across the length and breadth of state descended down to Brohi village of Kalakote to hear sermons of revered Sufi Saint Hazrat Syed Muzaffar Shah, also known as Baji Sahab, on the final day prayers of ongoing Urs, or annual congregation, of Hazrat Syed Rasool Shah Sahab (RA) popularly known as Nanga Baji Sahib.

This year also thousands of devotees paid obeisance to have the blessings of Sayed Baji Muzaffer Hussain Shah Sahab the grandson of Nanga Baji sab (RA). During the Urs free langer (community kitchen) was organized for the devotees.

A hugely popular spiritual and cultural event of Jammu and Kashmir, the five-day annual Urs of Hazrat Sayed Rasool Shah (RA) popularly known as Nanga Baji Sahib (RA) concluded today at Village Brohi, Kalakote, in district Rajouri. Brohi village is the current spiritual abode of Hazrat Syed Muzaffar Shah who is visited by thousands of people almost on daily basis. People come to Baji Sahab for spiritual and physical healing which makes Hazrat Syed Muzaffar Shah highly popular within and outside Jammu and Kashmir.

On this occasion special prayers were held for the peace and tranquility in our UT Jammu &Kashmir and Country.
