JAMMU JULY 04 :–In the state of Jammu and Kashmir, the working situation in the government offices is a very shameful and worrisome act.

Circulars have been issued many times by the central government as well as the state government that any citizen’s applications submission or any type of representation cum request should be processed within 15 days, but it is shock and dismay to say that the Relief Commissioner’s office is such that even after a gap of more than four months, the requests are not processed or processed. You know what miracle is happening at present time .When information was sought under the RTI Act 2005 about the action taken in connection with the request and representation submitted under proper receipt by the applicant given to the Relief Commissioner and Rehabilitation Department under the RTI Act, the Relief and Rehabilitation Department has remained still a silent spectator.

It is noteworthy that when the information seeker and an applicant from the PIO did not receive any response in this regard, the said applicants filed the first appeal under the RTI Act, after taking a long time, the appellant authority finally responded within 15 days. Orders were issued to provide the necessary information and required information to the information seeker within 15 days but regrettably, even after the lapse of said period , no information has been received regarding the action taken on the said representation submitted the senior citizen

. It is also to be seen that if no information has been obtained in relation to the given application even in spite of the RTI Act, how many citizens’ applications will have disappeared by throwing them in the garbage baskets and how many salaries have the responsible officers and officials being paid during the last few months as excluded from the public treasury which is against the law and the decision of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India where the Supreme Court clearly says that every employee has the right to get salary equal to the work done by him or her.

People belonging to the kashmiri pandit community who work in high positions in the state government are not ready to redress the grievances of kashmiri pandits.. Even in the presence of Atul Dullo, Chief Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir, Anil Kaul, Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir and Relief Commissioner Jinab Arvind Karwani, Kashmiri Pandits are still facing atrocities.

In the time and era since my childhood, I wonder to myself today how unfortunately it has come to the age and era where people in government offices are getting nothing but frustration and sorrow.

If we talk about the Kashmiri Pandit officers and officials, then rightly they are not at all willing to do the work of the General people related to the Kashmiri Pandits.

I appeal to all the countries of the world to come forward to help me in every possible way to save me from the cruel adoption of the present government and also help me for the freedom of expression ,right to job opportunity in my birth country , right to do the job of journalism at par with other journalists of jammu and kashmir ,right to freedom of my religion. right to live with dignity and honour in my own country without any harassment and mental torture, seeking termination all those candidates being fraduluently appointed in my selected place.

If here It would be talked about the general people and poor people of Kashmiri pandit families It is apparently visible during the current period of government rice and ration are being given to Kashmiri refugees for one month after three months, which also makes it clear, that means Only three kilos of rice is given to a single soul instead of the ration card claims to give 9 kilos of rice to a single soul every month and the fact is that flour is already locked and stopped to the migrants. Under the current regime, hooliganism has flourished and the world of crime has also seen a lot of growth in the state.
